Terra Rubra Lions are a group of your neighbors who come together to help those who are in need of assistance in our community, our nation, and the world. The Terra Rubra Lions Club is based in northwest Carroll County, Maryland. As with all Lions Clubs, we're part of Lions Clubs International, an association of local chapters just like ours, who together form the largest service organization in the world.
