Hello, friends of Terra Rubra Lions. I'm Kevin Trump, President of the Terra Rubra Lions Club. As incoming President, the first thing I would like to do is acknowledge and thank past President Beth Sandifer for a very active and fruitful term. She helped to rally the club in completion of our new Activities Building, which is now the talk of the town. This was a tough chore in itself, and still while this task was going on she somehow found the time to put together several new club activities to raise more money for the community. The club did have a record year in terms of the amount of activities and the money raised for the community. Lion Beth has done a great job and I can only hope to fill her shoes this year as incoming President.

My goal this year will be to continue with our new activities, which although successful, in some cases could have used a bit more refinement. We've learned how to deal with these new activities, and expect to make them prosper in the future. I would also like to grow the club this year with quality, hard working folks that like to give back to the community. Interested? Let us know!

Our first crab feed was a great success with large and full crabs. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Our next crabfeed is July 24th, so come hungry and enjoy.

For those of you that are golfers or would just like to support the club with a tee sponsorship or donation, our 4th annual Golf Tournament is taking place on July 23rd at The Links at Gettysburg. Sponsorship and sign-up forms are available on the website.
